Tomorrow People was founded
by Melanie Topham in 2008.
Mel is a brand strategist, with 15+ years of strategy, branding & design experience in the hospitality industry. She believes in the power of food & beverage experiences to unite people and enrich cultures. She loves nothing more than helping growth-minded partners build brands that captivate and enhance their communities.
Over the years, her knowledge of creating brands that understand market needs has resulted in valuable cultural and commercial outcomes for a wealth of clients, such as Watsons Bay Boutique Hotel, Sails by Rydges, Hotel Gosford, and The Banjo Paterson Inn.
Coming from a family of hoteliers, hospitality is in Mel’s DNA. Her background in marketing, design, and hospitality has helped her hone her skills for creating original and engaging hospitality brands and she loves supporting them on their growth journey.
