THE BRIEF

To keep up with the gentrification taking place in Gosford, Hotel Gosford was undergoing its first major renovation in 20 years with a plan to transform the venue into something never seen before on the Central Coast.

We were engaged to create the Brand Identity that would reflect Hotel Gosford’s transformation. It had to capture the history and nostalgia of the iconic hotels’ past while at the same time reflecting its new, exciting contemporary offering.

Established in 1926, Hotel Gosford has served the local community for almost a century. Having recently undergone a multimillion-dollar renovation, the venue reimagines the local pub experience.

Locals, tourists, and daytrippers alike can choose their experience as the venue caters to many tastes. They can enjoy the choice of both casual and more premium dining options, a local’s sports bar, three bars with extensive cocktail and wine lists, numerous function spaces as well as pub-style accommodation.

Earl’s is Hotel Gosford’s kitchen. The venue takes pride in its high quality, locally sourced food offering, so Earl’s sub-brand was created to position a section of the venue as a foodie destination.

The Saloon, a sub-brand within Hotel Gosford is the locals bar where familiar faces gather for a casual beer or bite and to catch all of the sports action on the big screens.
